Italian Egg
- Block of prefered cheese
- Carrot
- Broccoli
- Egg
- Parmesan Oregano Sauce
- Lettuce
- Shredded Cheese
Bring sauce to a light boil in small pot. While the sauce is heating up; dice up the block of cheese, carrot, and broccoli. Fill small pot with water, bring to boil and add broccoli. Make a hole in the sauce with a big spoon and break the egg into it, cover up with sauce. Cover sauce. Stir occasionally. When broccoli is soft and tender, strain it. Set up lettuce in a bowl/plate as the bedding for the egg. Sprinkle shredded cheese around the edges. When egg is fully poached or to your liking, scoop it up with big spoon and place on lettuce bed. Add desired amount of sauce. Top with diced up cheese, carrots and steamed/boiled broccoli.
